We will inform you should there be a delay in dispatching your order. If your item is not in stock we will contact you with options.

Delivery

We always try to offer a fast efficient service and dispatch same day if possible depending on payment method. Small items (UK) are sent by first class post. Over 1kg are sent by next day carrier @ £6.60 up to 10kg. Over 10kg we will advise of charge. UK orders of £100.00 or more are post free.

Overseas Orders

Overseas orders will be emailed of shipping charges before debiting and sent economy unless requested otherwise. The order will not be processed and your card debited till we receive that confirmation.

Returns

Goods supplied can be returned unopened and in a resalable condition within 7 days. The customer must pay the return carriage all returns to Old School House, Fletchertown, Wigton, Cumbria CA7 1BS. Please do not accept goods that arrive with damaged packaging or have obviously been tampered with. In this situation please contact us immediately.
